The Villa is entirely air-conditioned with individual regulation in each room. Moreover, all rooms have a TV, phone and centralized soundproofing system.
The Villa’s two stories intended for leisure and receptions, as well as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, are equipped with a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Special care has been brought to the choice and quality of the materials: large-scale marble bathroom revetments and floors of night areas, solid French oak apertures, solid walnut interior and closet doors, insulating double glazing.
The estate also comprises a lovely little separate villa for housing the caretakers.
The area reserved for cars comprises two levels: a covered level that can accommodate five big cars and a stall for two-wheeled vehicles; and a parking level on the terrace for another five vehicles over approximately 180m2.
All the buildings and the park are naturally equipped with a video-surveillance system to ensure complete protection of the facilities and their occupants.
